Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that content hosted on Game Amaze infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated DMCA agent containing the following information:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with sufficient detail for us to locate it
• Your contact information including address, telephone number, and email
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. Your counter-notification must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
• Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, Game Amaze has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
